Matchdays

The Highlanders play at the Regina Rugby Park located at 4025 25th Avenue, close to the junction with Pasqua Street.

Training

We start pre-season training in early March indoors at the The University of Regina and then move outside once it gets warm enough. Later in the season, once the rugby fields open up, we train Tuesday and Thursday evenings at the Regina Rugby Fields.
