The Highlanders Rugby Football Club (HRFC) is a Men’s Rugby Club based in Regina, Saskatchewan. Our team Motto: Commitment, Sacrifice, Teamwork, Victory. Working together the club trains year round and competes in the Saskatchewan Rugby Union from April to September. In addition to a men’s team, they have an affiliate women’s club, the Regina Rage, a Junior Squad comprised of High School aged players from Riffel, Luther and based at Winston Knoll, and the club participates in a variety of fundraising, charitable and social events in and around Regina.
